摘要
多年来,国有企业在人才建设方面不断突破、不断创新,成效显著,但仍远远不能满足企业生产经营和市场形势发展的需要,如何树立科学的人才观,如何转变机制留住人才,是当前国有企业迫切需要解决的新课题。因此,论文分析了当前国有企业青年人才存在的问题,然后提出解决措施。
Over the years, the state-owned enterprises continue to make breakthroughs in building talent, innovation, achieved remarkable results, but still far from meeting the production and operation and the market situation and development, how to establish the scientific talent, how to change the mechanism to retain talent, is an urgent need for state-owned enterprises to solve new problems. Therefore, the paper analyzes the current state-owned enterprises the problems young people, and then propose solutions.
