摘要
基于ISM模型的PPP融资风险因素分析,通过对PPP融资风险因素的问卷调查统计分析,得出主要影响因素,并建立ISM结构模型,得出因素间的关联图,整理因素间的层级结构,最终得出结构模型图和解释结构模型图,找出影响PPP风险的主要原因。
The analysis of PPP financing risk factors based on ISM model is presented in the thesis.Main influencing factors are obtained through the statistic analysis of the questionnaire survey of PPP financing risk factors,and the associated diagram among factors is obtained by establishing an ISM structural model.Finally,a structural model diagram and an interpretive structural model diagram are obtained by arranging hierarchical structures among the factors in order to find out the main reasons for influencing PPP risk.
