提出高校科研经费管理中存在的问题,对问题发生的原因,从财务制度、固定资产管理、成本管理、税金问题、结余资金等方面进行详细的分析,提出相应的解决科研经费管理存在问题的办法,对高校科研经费的管理提出合理的建议。

This article puts forward the problems of the management of college research funding,the cause of the problem from the financial system,fixed asset management,cost management,tax issues and balance of funds.Then the article proposes appropriate solutions and measures for management of research funding for universities to make their own recommendations.
