阐明了概括式、列举式、不作规定式"公共利益"的三种类型,介绍了《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》中关于"公共利益"的六种规定,并逐项加以分析。

This article illustrates the three types of the issues of ＂public interest＂,including：the general type,the list type and the no prescriptive type.Then the article introduced the six types public interests in ＂Regulation on the Expropriation of Buildings on State-owned Land and Compensation＂ and analyzed them one by one.
