Studying Historical Base,Practical Point and Practice Logic for Building a Marxism Party Committed to Learning

党的"十七届四中全会"将建设马克思主义学习型政党作为一项战略任务提了出来,这是党在深刻分析世情、国情、党情新变化的基础上,结合中国共产党重视学习的优良传统,在新的历史时期提出的一项新任务。随着世情、国情、党情的新变化,建设马克思主义学习型政党显得尤为迫切,它关系到党的执政地位的稳固和社会主义现代化建设的前途,而建设学习型政党需要一个过程,即认知、内化、践行。

After analysing deeply about the world-wide, domestic and inter-party new changes and combining the learning-oriented good tradition , the new task, that is to build a Marxism party committed to learning as a strategic task, is put forward in the new his- torical time by the Communist Party of China. The task becomes more and more urgent in line with the changes, it is intensely connect- ed to the sound position of the administration party and prospects of socialism modernization. The progress of building a party committed to learning supposed to experience three stages： cognition, internalization and practice.
