摘要
依据山西省近50年(1959~2008)108个地面气象观测站的年降水量系列资料,研究了山西干旱气象发生的规律和特点;走访了山西省九大森林经营管理局,调查了干旱对山西林业生产造成的影响及生产上多年来抗旱的经验,探讨了林业生产上应对干旱的有效措施即抗旱节水造林技术,以便人们能够充分发挥科技在应对特大干旱和灾后恢复中的重要作用,把干旱造成的损失减少到最低程度。
Based on the annual precipitation, temperature and other meteorological data from 1959 to 2008 obtained from 108 ground meteorological stations in Shanxi province, the principles and characteristics of arid meteorology in Shanxi was studied. We investigated the impact of drought on the production of Shanxi forestry and the experience of drought resistance in nine bureaus of forest management in Shanxi province, and studied the effective countermeasures of drought resistance in forest production, the resisting drought and saving water technology of tree planting, so as to play full role of science and technology in resisting severe drought and disaster recovery and thus to reduce the losses caused by drought.
