摘要
目的为抗感冒药在特殊人群的合理应用提供参考。方法查阅《新编药物学》(第17版)、医药网、维普资讯、万方数据库等,在线检索2000年～2010年国内外有关抗感冒药的文献记录,分析常见抗感冒药的成份及其引起的不良反应。结果如不注意合理用药,可导致严重的后果。结论应重视特殊人群用药问题,最终达到合理用药。
Objective To supply references for reasonable application of anti-cold drugs on special population.Methods To analyze the ingredients of common anti-cold drugs and adverse drug reactions they caused by referring to New Pharmacology（17th edition）,Pharmnet,Cqvip,Wanfang Database,etc.,and online searching literatures on anti-cold drugs from 2000～2010.Results If the drugs haven＇t been used reasonably,severe consequence may occur.Conclusion It is necessary to pay much attention to the usage of anti-cold drugs on special population,for the aim of reasonable application of drugs.
