摘要
中国正处于社会主义初级阶段,经济基础较为薄弱,生产资料持有不均衡,贫困人口数量较多,并且多分布在偏远的山区和农村。分析导致中国农村贫困的因素,如居民教育水平低、交通不便、自然灾害频发等,并提出解决中国农村贫困问题的对策,指出现阶段中国必须加大对农村贫困人口的扶持力度,以维护社会稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会。
China is in the primary stage of socialism,which is weak of economic foundation,not balanced in production material hold,and whose poverty population is quite large.In addition,poverty population is distributed mainly in the remote mountain area and rural area.This paper analyzed the factors resulting in poverty in China＇s rural area,such as low educational level of the residents,inconvenient traffic,natural disasters occurring frequently,and put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.It pointed out that we must strengthen support to poverty population in China＇s rural area at present stage,in order to maintain the social stability and realize the socialism harmonious society.
