船舶违章行为与水上交通事故关系的研究

Research on the relationship between vessels’ non-compliance and maritime accidents

船舶违法违章行为导致的水上交通事故时有发生,成为水上交通的安全隐患。文中从水上交通事故处理实践出发,对船舶违章行为与水上交通事故的关系以及相互之间责任的认定进行论述,并提出相应的解决方法和途径。

The maritime accidents occurred occasionally due to non-compliance of the ships. Such non-compliances become potential risks to the maritime safety. This paper, based on the experience and practice in dealing with waterborne traffic accidents, discusses on the relationship between non-compliance of ships and maritime accidents and responsibilities related thereof, and provides some suggestions on how to solve the relevant issues.
