摘要
文章介绍了淬火油槽的安全容量、与安全有关的结构、工艺平面布置和淬火操作中一系列应注意的安全问题;为使安全事故损失降到最低,着重介绍了淬火工件起重装置中吊钩的安全设计。
In the paper,the oil-quenching tank safe volume,the safety related structures,the process layout and a series of the concerned safety issues in the quenching operation are introduced.To eliminate the safety incident loss to the lowest,the safety related design of the hooks in the quenched parts lifting equipment is stressed herein.
