Compared to the old universities,the unemployment problem in the newly-built local undergraduate colleges has become more prominent.To solve this problem,newly-built local undergraduate colleges must strive to improve students＇ employment competitiveness.The advanced ways are：changing the concept of running schools to innovate the mode of talent training;seizing the opportunities to improve conditions of running schools;guiding the students to improve their own qualities and change their concept of employment;strengthening career guidance and services.
