摘要
文章着重分析我国酒店管理专业双语课程建设现状及可行方式,并对该专业双语教学实践平台的搭建提出建议.
The situation and the feasible way to establish the bilingual course of hotel management were analyzed in the paper,and also the suggestion to the establishment was proposed.
