组织粘合剂是具有一定生物相容性和粘合力的生物医学材料,已得到广泛关注和研究。本文概述了α-氰基丙烯酸酯类粘合剂、琥珀酰亚胺酯类粘合剂、纤维蛋白粘合剂、贻贝粘蛋白粘合剂的粘接原理、基本特点、临床应用等情况。
Tissue adhesive is a kind of biomaterial with nice biocompatibility and coherence, now it gains more reconstruction and research than before following the advance of biomedicine. This article summarizes the function principle, characteristic and clinical application of four tissue adhesives （a-cyanoacrylate adhesive, hydroxylsuccinimide ester adhesive, fibrin sealant, mussel adhesive protein）.
