CRP与2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 将64例患者根据静脉血浆葡萄糖值分糖尿病组36例、糖尿病前期组28例,观察两组的血糖水平,并测定两组血清CRP、糖脂代谢指标和胰岛功能,将CRP与糖脂代谢指标、胰岛功能作相关性分析。结果:CRP在糖尿病组和糖尿病前期组有显著差异(P<0.05),CRP水平与血糖、HbAlc、BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C呈正相关(P<0.01),与胰岛功能指数成负相关(P<0.01)。结论:提示CRP与2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能减退的发生、发展有一定相关性。
