穴位贴敷磁疗法佐治小儿肺炎疗效观察

Effect of Acupoint Magnetic Therapy in Treatment of Pneumonia in Children

目的:观察使用复合脉冲磁性治疗仪穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将190例患儿随机分为治疗组100例和对照组90例。治疗组采用常规抗生素治疗及护理+复合脉冲磁性治疗仪辅助治疗,对照组患儿常规抗生素治疗及护理,比较两组患儿家长满意度,平均住院日,咳嗽、咳痰消失时间,肺部罗音消失时间。结果:治疗组患儿家长满意度高,在咳嗽、咳痰消失时间,肺部罗音消失时间,住院天数等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复合脉冲磁性治疗仪辅助治疗小儿肺炎有助于较快改善肺炎临床症状,缩短治疗时间,治疗效果明显优于单纯药物治疗。

Objective：Observation of complex pulse magnetic therapy in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods：190 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,100 cases in treatment group and 90 cases in control group.The patients were treated with routine antibiotic therapy and nursing ＋ complex pulse magnetic therapy in treatment group,and with treated with routine antibiotic therapy and nursing in control group.Comparison of two groups of parents satisfaction,average hospitalization days,cough,expectoration disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappeared time（P0.05）.Results：The treatment group was treated with parental satisfaction was high,the cough,sputum disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,hospital days were better than the control group.Conclusion：Magnetic pulse treatment for complex adjuvant therapy helps children with pneumonia and rapid improvement of clinical symptoms of pneumonia;shorten treatment time,treatment was better than single drug treatment.
