慢性肾功能衰竭中医辨治研究概况

Research Status on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)是肾科的多发病、疑难病,并发症多、预后差、死亡率高,其治疗是一大难题。中医药治疗本病有明显的优势,而治疗基于辨证。文章通过归纳分析近10年关于本病的中医辨治的研究,发现本病病机仍以虚实为纲,辨证分型多样复杂,治疗也各有见地。辨证的客观化、规范化被提到一定高度,而当前中医辨证研究方法并不太多,缺乏一定的客观及规范。证素辨证作为新兴的辨证体系,对辨证分型及治疗有明显的规范、提示作用。

Chronic renal failure（CRF）is a frequently-occurring and stubborn disease of nephrosis,with a high mortality,serious prognosis,fatal complications and cumbersome therapeutic troubles.Traditional Chinese medicine holds its own superiority in treatment.This article introduced analysis on syndrome differentiation and treatment of CRF in the present decade,showing diversification and complex pattern of CRF.Objectify and normalizeation are significant and considered as a newly developing approach of syndrome differentiation.
