辨证论治治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

Clinical Observation of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of PDR

目的:观察非辨证论治治疗增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法:57例糖尿病视网膜病变病例随机分成观察组和对照组,在控制饮食、合理运动、控制血糖的基础上,对照组28例给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊和明目地黄丸口服,治疗组29例根据中医辨证论治的原则分气阴两虚型、阴虚燥热型、脾肾两虚型进行治疗。结果:两组治疗共6月,观察组总有效率86.2%,优于对照组的60.7%(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗DR有其自身的优势和特点,值得临床应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment on PDR.Methods：57 cases with PDR were divided into observation group and control group randomly.On the basic of controlling diet,reasonable exercises and controlling blood sugar,calcium dobesilate capsule and Mingmu Dihuang Pill were given;and the cases can be classified into syndrome of both deficiency of qi and yin;syndrome of yin deficiency and dryness-heat and syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney according to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Result：The treatment lasted six months.The total effective rate of observation group was 86.2%,and the control group was 60.7%（P0.05）.Conclusion：TCM has its advantages and characteristics and is worthy of clinic application.
