扶正固本法治疗肺心病缓解期临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Pulmonary Heart Disease in Catabasis By Supporting Healthy Energy

目的:观察扶正固本法治疗肺心病缓解期的临床疗效。方法:治疗组50例肺心病缓解期患者分为肾阳虚和阴阳两虚型,分别以温补肾阳佐以益气养血活血和双补气阴,佐以益气养血的固本疗法,对照组30例未予固本中药,经半年治疗,观察其临床疗效及相关症状、体征、感冒次数、急性发作次数和体力恢复情况等综合疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率80%,对照组有效率27%。两组比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),其它观察项目治疗组也较对照组有明显优势。结论:扶正固本法治疗肺心病缓解期疗效满意,安全可靠,体现了中医"治病必求与本"的根本大法。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treating patients with pulmonary heart disease in catabasis by supporting healthy energy.Methods:80 patients with pulmonary heart disease in catabasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.50 patients of treatment group were given the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for half a year;30 patients of control group were not given the same treatment.Result:The effective rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference of the two groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine is effective and safe in treatment of pulmonary heart disease in catabasis by supporting healthy energy.
