针刺治疗缺血性中风急性期语言障碍疗效分析

Clinical Analysis on Acupuncture Treatment of the Language Barrier in the Acute Phase of the Ischemic Stroke

目的:通过文献检索综合整理,并经多年针刺临床实践所得出的一组处方,采取一定的手法,并配合语言康复训练,观察针刺治疗缺血性中风语言障碍的临床疗效,旨在找出一种治疗缺血性中风语言障碍的行之有效的穴位及针刺方法。方法:临床随机分为治疗组34例,对照组两组共62例。治疗组采用针刺语言康复治疗,对照组为单纯头针组和常规药物治疗语言康复治疗组。结果:治疗组临床治愈率为50%,有效率为82.3%;对照组中,单纯头针组临床治愈率为6.2%,有效率73.9%;常规治疗语言康复组临床治愈率3.1%,有效率为54.8%。结论:针刺治疗及语言康复训练相互配合可能是治疗缺血性中风语言障碍的最佳方法。

Objective：By means of literature retrieval of comprehensive arrangement,a group of prescriptions of acupuncture were made out for the clinical practice,combined with language rehabilitation training,to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of the language barrier of the ischemic stroke,and find effective acupoint and acupuncture method on the treatment of the language barrier of the ischemic stroke.Methods：Clinical cases were randomly divided into treatment group with 34 cases and two control groups with 62 cases totally.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture and language rehabilitation therapy.The control groups were given the simple scalp acupuncture and conventional drug therapy combined with language rehabilitation respectively.Results：Clinical cure rate of the treatment group is 50%,efficiency rate is 82.3%.In the control group,cure rate of the simple scalp acupuncture group is 6.2%,efficiency rate is 73.9%.Cure rate of the conventional therapy combined with language rehabilitation group is 3.1%,efficiency rate is 54.8%.Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy and language rehabilitation training may be the optimal treatment method of ischemic stroke with language barriers.
