摘要
目的:通过本院常用临床复方,比较中药煮散与传统饮片汤剂有效成分的煎出率。方法:对煮散和传统饮片汤剂的浸膏得率及有效成分黄芩苷的煎出率进行比较研究。结果:两种剂型中,煮散的浸膏得率及有效成分黄芩苷煎出率较高。结论:在相同的煎煮条件下中药煮散剂的生物利用度高于传统饮片汤剂,可提高汤剂质量,节省药材资源。
Objective:Clinical compound is commonly used in clinic,the dry extract rate of powder and traditional decoction were compared.Method:The comparative studies of traditional decoction extract rate and active ingredients baicalin extract rate were made.Result:The extract of active ingredients baicalin had higher rate.Conclusion:In the same boiling conditions,Chinese powder bioavailability is better than traditional decoction,which can improve the quality and save medicines resources.
