Review on Pharmacological Action of Peucedanum Praeruptorum and Its Active Ingredients

白花前胡为伞形科前胡属多年生草本植物,作为传统中药,具有宣散风热、止咳化痰的功效,常用于感冒、头痛、咳嗽、哮喘、胸闷的治疗。研究表明,其主要的药理作用包括降低血压,抗心衰,抗心脑缺血,平喘,抗癌等。文章就近年来白花前胡的药理作用研究进展作一综述,为其进一步的开发利用提供参考。

Peucedanum praeruptorum is the Peucedanum perennial herb of Umbelliferae.As a traditional Chinese drug,it has the effects of dispelling wind heat and relieving cough and reducing sputum,which are often used in the treatment of colds and headaches,coughing and asthma,tightness in the chest.The recent research shows that the main pharmacologic actions of P1 praeruptorum include decreasing blood pressure,anti heart failure,anti ischemia of heart and brain,anti asthma and anti cancer.The article summarized the pharmacological actions of P1 praeruptorum.It will provide experimental basis for the further exploitation and use of P1 praeruptorum.
