摘要
MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚),具有高辛烷值(RON118、MON101)、低蒸气压以及与汽油中烃类相近的热值,能与甲醇汽油任意比例混溶,可提高甲醇汽油的容水能力及抗分层能力。参考M15车用甲醇汽油地方标准,研究甲醇及MTBE的加入对车用汽油使用性能的影响,调配出新型M15车用甲醇汽油清洁燃料,进而满足汽车发动机使用要求。研究结果表明:当MTBE的体积分数为50%时,可使M15的容水体积分数为3.0%,使容水体积分数为1.5%的M15在-38℃的环境下仍不分层。
MTBE(methyl tert-butyl ether),is an additive with high octane number(RON118,MON101),low vapor pressure and similar calorific value with the hydrocarbon,it can be with methanol gasoline miscible in any proportion and can increase the tolerance on water and layered ability of methanol gasoline.According to vehicle M15 methanol gasoline local standard,the influence of methanol and MTBE dosages on vehicle gasoline properties was studied to blend new M15 vehicle methanol gasoline which can reach the requirements of automobile engine usability.The results show that when the addition of MTBE is 50%,water tolerance of M15 is about 3.0%,and 1.5% water content of M15 is not layered in condition of-38 ℃.
