摘要
聚合物驱油方法在油田上应用广泛,并取得较好的效果。但是,随着聚合物累计注入量的增加,注入井附近地层堵塞严重,注入压力高,注入能力下降,总体注入状况变差,最终影响油田采收率。常规的解堵方法是采用强氧化剂进行处理,虽然效果很好,但是处理油井时存在不安全隐患。针对上述问题,提出了采用表面活性剂处理聚合物堵塞的思路。通过室内实验,对多种表面活性剂降解聚合物的效果进行了分析和评价,从而研制出新型的解堵剂;通过室内岩心模拟实验,对解堵剂的效果进行了评价,结果表明该解堵剂的解堵效果十分明显。
Polymer flooding is widely used in oil fields,and the good result is achieved.However,with the increase of the total polymer injected into the well,the formation is plugged seriously near the injection well,the pressure of injection becomes high,the ability of injection becomes low,the overall situation of injection becomes poor,and ultimately the oil recovery efficiency is influenced by this situation.The strong antioxidant use is a conventional degradation method,the effect is very good,but security risks are existed in the processing of dealing with the oil well.For the above problems,a thought of disposing polymer plug with surfactant was presented.Through the experimental methods,the degradation effect of polymer on various surfactants was analyzed and evaluated,thus a new formula of the water block remover was developed.Through the simulation experiment on core,the effects of water block remover were evaluated,and the results show that the effects are so greatly obvious.
