摘要
针对超薄不锈钢板应用常规的储能焊焊接时焊接工艺参数难以控制,提出了基于超级电容器的储能焊焊机的研制。通过分析超级电容器原理及其模型,得出了将其应用于储能点焊的理论依据。根据点焊过程中所需的能量对电容组贮存能量进行控制,以及电阻点焊过程中动态电阻的变化规律对放电回路的电流进行控制,可较好地解决点焊工艺参数较硬的问题。
For it was difficult to choose welding parameter with conventional energy storage welder when welding ultra-thin stainless steel plate,the development of super capacitor spot welding machine was introduced in this paper.By analyzing the principle of super-capacitor,the theoretical basis of energy storage spot was obtained.The energy stored in the capacitor group was controlled by the energy required during welding and the discharge current was controlled by the size of dynamic resistance in resistance spot welding.So those control ways could better solve the hard problem of choosing welding parameter.
