弧焊逆变电源的网络化CAD系统设计

摘要 提出了一种弧焊逆变电源的网络化CAD系统,详细阐述了此系统的结构框架和设计实现过程。采用扩展的B/S的三层结构模式,结合常规的弧焊逆变电源主电路设计和参数计算流程,在"弧焊电源科研网"网站的基础上建立起以Web浏览器为客户端的网络化应用程序。将HTML,ASP动态网页开发技术、ActiveX组件技术、Access数据库编程技术以及VB编程技术有机联系在一起,完成了主电路主要元器件的核心参数计算和自动选型功能,并最后验证了系统的便捷化和可靠性。 A web based CAD system for arc welding inverter power source was developed,and the structure and implementation of this system was described in detail in this article.The extended B / S three-tier structure model was adopted,integrating the conventional procedures of main circuit design and parameter calculation for inverter power source.The research established a networking application with the Web browser as the client,which was based on the arc welding power source research network website.By connecting HTML,ASP dynamic web development,ActiveX component,the Access database programming and VB programming seamlessly,the research completed functions of parameters calculation and automatic selection of the major main circuit components,and the convenience and reliability of the system was verified in the end.
