摘要
介绍了数控磁悬浮轴承的总体结构 ,模数 (A/ D)转换电路、数模 (D/ A)转换电路及等待电路的设计方法 ,给出了上述三种电路的原理图 ,并且介绍了 A/ D和 D/ A连调的方法 ,给出了调试A/ D和 D/ A的有关程序。实验证明 :所设计的基于 DSP的硬件和软件系统 ,满足了磁悬浮轴承控制性能的要求。如果改变控制对象 ,仅需改变 PID控制算法中有关参数 。
The overall structure of digital control magnetic bearing,the design methods of analog to digital (A/D) conversion, digital to analog (D/A) conversion and wait circuits are introduced and their principal circuits are given. Finally, the method of debugging A/D and D/A all together is also presented and the kernel program of debugging A/D and D/A is given. It is proved that the system of designed hardware and software meets the performance demand of the magnetic bearing. If the control object is changed, some parameters of PID control algorithm are only adjusted to meet the performance demand.
