“朱氏砭术疗法”治疗寻常型银屑病进行期45例临床观察

Clinical observation of treating 45 cases of psoriasis vulgaris for period with Zhushi Bianshu therapy

目的:观察"朱氏砭术疗法"治疗寻常型银屑病进行期的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例患者随机分成两组,治疗组45例予"朱氏砭术疗法"治疗,对照组45例予口服阿维A胶囊治疗,4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗结束时两组患者均无脱落病例,治疗期间亦未见不良反应,治疗组总有效率为68.9%,高于对照组的42.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"朱氏砭术疗法"治疗寻常型银屑病进行期安全而有效,值得临床进一步探讨。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect on treating psoriasis vulgaris for period with ＂Zhushi bianshu therapy＂. Methods 90 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases of treatment group were given ＂Zhushi bianshu therapy＂ to treat, 45 cases of control group were given avi A capsules to treat, 4 weeks for a course of treatment, and observing the effect of a course of treatment. Results： The end of treatment patients were no cases of loss, has no adverse reactions during treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 68.9% , higher than 42.2%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating of psoriasis vulgaris for period with ＂Zhushi bianshu therapy＂ was safe and effective.
