摘要
目的:探讨大叶性肺炎的病因,临床特点及治疗方法。方法:对2010年7月～2011年7月将临床确诊为大叶性肺炎的54例患儿的诊疗经过进行回顾性分析。结果:患儿在明确病因后采用中西医结合的治疗方法治愈42例;好转11例;未愈1例。结论:大叶性肺炎应早期明确病因,采用中西医结合的治疗方法及时对因治疗。
Objective： Etiology, clinical features and treatment of lobar pneumonia were discussed.Methods：54 cases of children after treatment were analyzed retrospectively from July 2010 to July 2011.Results： 42 cases were cured, 11 cases were improved, 1 case was healed after the treatment of integrative medicine. Conclusion： Cause of lobar pneumonia should be clear early, using integrative medicine treatment in a timely manner due to treatment.
