中医治疗假性球麻痹临床体会

Clinical experiences on treating pseudobulbar palsy in TCM

目的:探讨假性球麻痹的临床特点及中医辨证施治。方法:通过对32例假性球麻痹患者的临床表现及治疗情况进行总结。结果:假性球麻痹患者运用中医辨证施治,32例患者中有26例患者治愈,4例好转,2例患者治疗无效,总有效率达到95.12%。取得了较为满意的效果。结论:假性球麻痹及时采用中医辩证合理治疗,能够取得较理想的效果。

Objective： To investigate the clinical features of pseudobulbar palsy, and Chinese dialectical therapy. Methods： Summary of the clinical manifestations and treatment of 32 vacation ball palsy. Results： Pseudobulbar palsy in patients with the use of Chinese dialectical therapy in 32 patients, 26 cases were cured, 4 cases improved, 2 cases of patients with ineffective treatment, the total efficiency of 95.12%. Achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion： Pseudobulbar palsy, and the timely adoption of Chinese Medicine of the proper treatment, can achieve the desired results.
