通过对300例缺血性中风急性期患者临床辩证分型进行调查研究,提示风痰瘀血、痹阻脉络证在缺血性中风急性期中医证型中所占比例最大。提示正确地应用化痰祛瘀法对于提高缺血性中风患者的临床疗效是至关重要的。
