电流变柔性微致动器驱动电源的研究

STUDY ON THE POWER SUPPLIES OF FLEXIBLE MICRO ACTUATORS WITH ELECTRO RHEOLOGICAL FLUID

摘要 针对电流变柔性微致动器所用的驱动电源,在理论上探讨了采用交流或直流供电方式的特点,并以此为基础设计了驱动电源的电路结构,然后针对驱动电源的关键技术做了分析,提出了稳定性补偿方案并进行了试验研究。试验结果表明电流变微致动器的分布电容对驱动电源的动态响应有很大影响。 The principles of power supplies for ER flexible micro actuators and an electrical model of the ER flexible micro actuator are established. The response of ER flexible micro actuators both to a direct and to an alternating electric field was analyzed based on R C model. A prototype of high voltage power supplies is designed based on the principles of switching power supplies. The stability of the high voltage supplies was analyzed theoretically. Both the static and dynamic experiments were carried out for the supplies. It was observed that the distributed capacity of the ER flexible micro actuator is the main cause that limits the response of the supplies.
