120t转炉双联法冶炼低磷钢的工艺研究与实践

摘要 介绍了莱钢炼钢厂120t转炉双联法冶炼低磷钢的工业生产试验情况。试验过程中主要从原料、脱磷炉、脱碳炉三方面入手,控制终点磷含量,最后从影响转炉脱磷的相关因素,阐述低磷钢冶炼过程中脱磷的各个控制环节。 Industrial production experiment of producing low-phosphorus steel with duplex melting process of 120t BOF was carried out in Laigang steel works. The end phosphorus content was controlled mainly from three aspects: raw materials, dephosphorization furnace, decarburization furnace during the experiment. Finally controlling units of dephosphorization were presented in line with the affecting factors of dephosphorization in the melting process for low phosphorus steel.
