摘要
目的构建符合我国国情的护理本科临床带教老师的考评体系。方法通过查阅文献、讨论,运用2轮德尔菲法筛选出考评指标。结果初步制定的护理本科临床带教老师综合考评体系主要包括4项一级指标(遴选条件、师资培训、考核评价、资格论证)、18项二级指标和42项三级指标。结论初步形成的护理本科临床带教老师的综合考评体系有利于带教老师的选拔、培训、认证和考评,可提高临床教学质量。
Objective To develop a comprehensive evaluation system for clinical teachers of undergraduate nurse students. Methods The evaluation indicators were selected by using literature review,discussion,and two rounds of Delphi-based expert consultation. Results The evaluation system was composed of 4 first-level indicators(selection standards,trainer training,evaluation/appraisal,and professional certification),18 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators. Conclusion The preliminary comprehensive evaluation system can be employed to select,train,qualify,and evaluate clinical teachers,so as to promote quality of clinical tea-ching.
