摘要
目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中多组分有机物的方法。方法采用活性炭管吸附,二硫化碳解吸,经强极性毛细管WAX色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测。结果方法的分离效果理想,检出限在0.44~1.08μg/ml之间;相关系数在0.999 2-0.999 9之间;相对标准偏差在0.73%~1.81%之间。结论方法简单、快速、准确,适用于工作场所空气中多种有毒有机物的同时测定。
[Objective]To establish a method of simultaneous determination of multi-component toxic substances in workplace air by gas chromatography.[Methods]The method was based on the adsorption of activated charcoal tube,desorption with carbon disulfide,separation by highly polar capillary column WAX,and detection by FID detector.[Results]This method had good separation effect.The detection limit ranged from 0.44 μg/ml to 1.08 μg/ml.The correlation coefficient was 0.999 2-0.999 9.The relative standard deviation was between 0.73%-1.81%.[Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for simultaneous determination of various toxic organic pollutants in workplace air.
