HIV感染者146例重叠感染状况分析

Analysis of 146 HIV infectors with superinfection

目的分析永兴县人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者重叠感染乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)、梅毒螺旋体(TP)的状况及重叠感染的的规律,为HIV的防治,治疗、预后提供科学依据。方法采用国家标准方法对永兴县146例HIV感染者进行了HBV 5项血清标志物、丙肝抗体(抗-HCV)、梅毒螺旋体抗体(抗-TP)的检测,对检测结果做系统的比较和分析。结果 146例感染者以青壮年为主要人群,以静脉吸毒为主要感染途径;重叠感染者有106例,占所有HIV感染者的72.60%,重叠感染率男性大于女性(χ2=14.68,P<0.01),以静脉吸毒为主要感染方式;且由高危人群向一般人群蔓延,农民工为81例,占所有HIV感染者的55.48%;地区有差异性,马田镇感染者76人,占所有HIV感染者的52.05%。结论永兴县HIV感染者重叠感染日趋严重,尤其在静脉吸毒传播的男性重叠感染更加明显;政府要有针对性地实施干预措施,以减少血源性传染病的流行及重叠感染引起艾滋病(AIDS)的发病率和死亡率。

[Objective]To analyze the situation and regularity of HIV infectors infected with HBV,HCV and TP,and provide scientific evidence for HIV prevention,treatment and prognosis.[Methods]The national standard method was applied for the detection of hepatitis B markers（HBV）,hepatitis C antibody（anti-HCV）,Treponema pallidum antibody（anti-TP） on 146 cases in Yongxing City.The test results were performed systematic comparison and analysis.[Results]Most of the 146 infectors were young adults,with intravenous drug use as the main infection route;106 cases had superinfection,accounting for 72.6% of those infected with HIV,male infection rate was significantly higher than female（χ2=14.68,P0.01）,also with intravenous injection as the main infection route;the infection spread from high-risk groups to the general population,81 cases were migrant workers,accounting for 52.05% of HIV infectors;there are differences of HIV infection between areas,76 in Matian town,occupying 52.05% of HIV infectors.[Conclusion]The superinfection of HIV infectors is getting seriously in Yongxing County,especially for male with intravenous drug use.The government should take targeted interventions to reduce the prevalence of blood-borne infectious disease and the AIDS morbidity and mortality caused by superinfection.
