摘要
目的:采用HPLC法,定量分析半夏配伍川乌产生相反作用的化学成分的变化。方法:定量分析川乌单煎液及其与生半夏共煎液的双酯型生物碱含量的变化;定量分析配伍比例对川乌与半夏共煎液双酯型生物碱含量的影响;定量分析煎煮时间对川乌与半夏共煎液双酯型生物碱含量的影响;定量分析生、制川乌单煎及其与生、法半夏共煎液中乌头碱类生物碱的含量。结果:显示生川乌与生半夏的共煎液中双酯型生物碱含量高于生川乌单煎液,而生川乌与法半夏的共煎液双酯型生物碱含量有所减少;长时间煎煮能更有效地降低川乌与半夏共煎液中双酯型生物碱的含量。结论:川乌与半夏配伍毒性增强,同时说明川乌与半夏是否可以共用与煎煮时间,半夏的炮制和药液的pH值存在着密切的联系。
Aim: through high performance liquid chromatography, the paper has a quantitative analysis of chemical com- position change with compatibility of pinellia ternate and monkshood. Methods: to analyze double-ester alkaloid content of sin- gle fried monkshood liquid and double fried pinellia; to analyze the influence of compatibility proportion on double-ester alka- loid content; to analyze alkaloid content of mesaconitine in liquid. Results: it shows that double-ester alkaloid content is more than single liquid, and that of crude monkshood and rhizome pinelliae preparata reduces and a long fry can bring about less content. Conclusion: with monkshood and pinellia being more poisonous, it comes to make clear the close relationship between their compatibility and decoction time, pinellia processing and solution PH value.
