摘要
目的了解2011年深圳市龙岗区健康人群麻疹抗体的分布规律和免疫状态,为实施有效的控制预防及消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法随机采集7个年龄组共407名健康人血清,检测麻疹IgG抗体水平,并对不同人群的麻疹抗体水平进行统计学分析。结果总阳性率为73.2%,各年龄组之间抗体阳性率差别有统计学意义(χ2=99.593,P<0.05),不同性别的阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.637,P>0.05)。结论部分年龄组人群的抗体水平较低,应加强计划免疫工作,使整个人群的免疫水平达到一个较高的水平。
[Objective]To know the distribution law and immune status of measles antibody of healthy population in Longgang district of Shenzhen City in 2011,provide the scientific evidence for effective control and prevention,as well as measles elimination.[Methods]The serum samples were randomly collected from 407 healthy individuals with 7 age groups,the measles IgG antibody level was detected,and measles antibody level of different groups were analyzed by statistical method.[Results]The total positive rate was 73.2%.There was significant difference in antibody positive rate among different age groups(χ2=99.593,P〈0.05),and the difference in positive rate between men and women was not significant(χ2=1.637,P〉0.05).[Conclusion]The antibody levels of some age groups are low.EPI should be strengthened,so as to improve the immunity level in the whole population.
