大豆中8种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的毛细管气相色谱分析法 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定大豆中8种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留(联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯)分析方法。方法:用乙氰提取大豆样品中的8种拟除虫菊酯类农药,经弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化后,毛细管色谱柱(HP-5)分离,ECD检测。结果:本方法分离效果好,8种拟除虫菊酯类农药的检出限为0.002 mg/kg~0.007 mg/kg,加标回收率平均值为69.4%~98.7%,相对标准偏差为5.2%~13.4%。结论:该方法快速,灵敏,准确,完全满足大豆中上述8种拟除虫菊酯类农药的测定要求。 Objeetive:A method using gas chromatography with electron capture detector (ECD) was developed for simultane- ous determination of eight pyrethroid residues (bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, permethrin, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, fen- valerate and deltamethrin) in soybean. Methods: Eight pyrethroids were extracted with aeetonitrile from the powder of soybean, purified by the Florisil solid phase extraction cartridge, separated on capillary chromatography column (HP -5) and detected by ECD. Results: Eight pyrethroids were separated from each other. The detection limits varied between 0. 002 mg/kg and 0.007 mg/kg. The average recoveries of eight pesticides were between 69.4% and 98.7% with the RSDs ranging from 5.2% to 13.4%. Conclusion: The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the determination of eight pyrethroid resi- dues in soybean.
