The analysis and application of the micro-column gel test in irregular antibody detection

摘要 目的:探讨微柱凝胶法检测不规则抗体在临床上的应用价值,以保证输血安全。方法:利用微柱凝胶法和凝聚胺法对输血前患者进行血清不规则抗体检测,并对阳性标本进行抗体特异性鉴定。结果:在3200例患者中,共检测出不规则抗体阳性标本13例,阳性率为0.41%。其中抗-D抗体3例、抗-E抗体5例、抗-C抗体2例、抗-Ec抗体、抗-e抗体和抗-M抗体各1例。结论:微柱凝胶法检测不规则抗体是一种简单、快捷、敏感性高的方法,对减少溶血性反应和保证输血安全具有重要意义。 Objective: To investigate the value of micro - column gel test in the detection of irregular antibody and to ensure safety of the blood transfusion. Methods: Micro - column gel test and polybrene test were used to detect serum irregular antibody in patients before blood transfusion and identify the specificity of the positive specimens. Results: 13 irregular antibody positive cases were screened in the 3200 patients and the positive rate was 0.41%. Among them, anti - D was 3 cases, anti - E was 5 ca- ses, anti - C was 2 cases, anti - Ec, anti - e and anti - M were all 1 case. Conclusion: The micro - column gel test was a sim- ple, rapid and sensitive method in the irregular antibody screening, which had great significance in avoiding hemolytic transfusion reaction and ensuring the safety of blood transfusions.
