摘要
目的:通过职业卫生检测,即可以评价作业环境的卫生质量,判断是否符合职业卫生标准要求,也可以估计在此作业环境下劳动的劳动者的接触水平。方法:按照国家有关标准的要求,对该企业进行工作场所职业病危害因素识别和卫生检测,并对其危害因素及其现状进行分析。连续采样测定三天,每日上、下午各测一次,每次在同一点采取样品三个。结果:粉尘检测2个点次,达标率100%;毒物铅16个点次,超标达53.4%。硫酸7个点次,达标率100%。噪声检测20个点次,合格率70%。结论:该企业生产工艺过程中铅的职业病危害相当严重,应加强整改。
Objective:Through occupational health test, to evaluate the sanitary quality of working environment and estimate the exposure levels of workers in this working environment. Methods: In accordance with the relevant national standards, occu- pational hazard factors recognition and sanitary testing in workplace of this enterprise were conducted. Furthermore, hazard factors and their present status were analyzed. Three - day continuous sampling determination was carried out one time in the morning and afternoon respectively in a day, three samples were taken each time at the same sampling point. Results: Dust was deter- mined on 2 sampling points with the pass rate of 100%, toxic lead was determined on 16 sampling points, exceeding by 53.4%, sulfuric acid was determined on 7 sampling points with the pass rate of 100%, noise was determined on 20 sampling points with the pass rate of 70%. Conclusion: Occupational hazards of lead was serious in the production technology of this battery enter- prise, which should be strengthened modification.
