2010年河北省北戴河暑期食品安全监测结果分析 被引量:4

Analysis of the monitoring results of summer food safety in Beidaihe of Hebei province in 2010

摘要 目的:了解北戴河暑期食品安全状况。方法:按照河北省食品安全办公室监测方案和河北省疾病预防控制中心(CDC)抽样方案的要求,对北戴河区内的生活饮用水、乳制品、熟肉制品、水发和干制水产品、凉拌菜等5类食品进行抽样监测,检测59个指标。结果:共抽检食品5类180份样品,总合格率为55.56%,5类食品抽检合格率分别为100%、80.00%、70.00%、27.50%、10.00%。结论:北戴河暑期生活饮用水、乳制品、水发和干制水产品合格率较高,而熟肉制品和凉拌菜合格率较低,北戴河暑期食品安全状况有待加强和提高。 Objective:To understand the status of summer food safety in Beidaihe of Hebei province. Methods: According to the monitoring scheme made by Hebei Food Safety Office and the sampling plan made by Hebei Center for Disease Control and Prevention, drinking water, dairy, cooked meat, steeping in water for reconstitution and dried seafood and salad for 59 test items were monitored in Beidaihe area. Results: The total qualified rate of the 180 samples in 5 types was 55.56%. While the quali- fied rates were 100%, 80.00%, 70.00%, 27.50%, 10.00% respectively for every type of samples. Conclusion: The quali- fied rates of drinking water, steeping in water for reconstitution and dried seafood and dairy were higher, but that of the cooked meat and salad was lower. Summer food saftey remained to be strengthened and improved.
