“一锅法”绿色合成高价碘三氟甲基化试剂

“One-Pot” Green Synthesis of Hypervalent Iodine(Ⅲ)-CF_3 Reagent

以邻碘苯甲酸及三氟甲基三甲基硅烷为原料,采用"一锅法"合成了高价碘三氟甲基化试剂。与文献相比,该反应省去了中间产物的繁琐分离和纯化,大大缩短了反应时间,获得了较高的收率,适用于工业化生产。

Hypervalent iodine （Ⅲ） - CF3 reagent was synthesized from 2 - iodobenzoic acid and （trifluoromethyl） tri- methylsilane through ＂one - pot＂ reaction. Compared with the literatures, this process did not need tedious separation and purification of intermediate products, and greatly shortened reaction time with high yield, which can be used conveniently in chemical industrial application.
