摘要
以2,4-二甲基苯胺为原料,经重氮化、水解及水汽蒸馏法合成2,4-二甲基苯酚。将生成的2,4-二甲基苯酚迅速萃取到混合溶剂中并利用水汽蒸馏法及时从反应体系中移出,有效抑制重氮盐水解的串联副反应,极大地提高了产品收率。同时溶剂与水解液回收套用,大大降低成本且降低废酸排放。在本工艺条件下,平均收率88.2%。
Based on 2,4 - dimethylaniline, 2,4 - dimethylphenol was prepared using diazotization and hydrolysis and azeotropic distillation with water. Active 2,4 - dimethylphenol was extracted in mixed solvent quickly and was separated from reaction mass using azeotropic distillation with water. It may increase yield because it may availably restrain side re- action during hydrolyzation of diazonium salts. It also may reduce cost and acid wastewater discharge using recovery of sol- vent and hydrolysis mother liquor. Average yield was 88.2% under this reaction condition.
