在绿色化学理念指导下,并结合本校的实践,将半微量化引入医药院校有机化学实验教学的改革中。在实验内容设置上,做到常规实验半微量化,在实验过程中,以减少药品和仪器用量等方法尽可能实现实验的绿色化。实践证明,半微量化实验对学生实践能力和创新自主能力的培养,实现有机化学实验绿色化具有重大意义。

The half - micro experiment was introduced to the reformation of organic chemistry experiment in medical colleges based on the concept of green chemistryour practice. The routine experiment was made on half -micro scale as for the content setting, the green chemistry was tried to be realied by means of decrement of reagent dosage and instrument. It was proved that half- micro experiment was helpful in cultivating students＇ practical and innovative abilities, and had a great significance in achieving the green organic chemistry experiment.
