重组人表皮生长因子放疗后继发鼻炎的疗效观察

目的探讨鼻咽部肿瘤患者放疗后出现放射性鼻黏膜反应，用重组人表皮生长因子对其进行喷雾、冲洗等护理的疗效。方法将患者随机分为重组人表皮生长因子（yhEGF）治疗组和对照组，对照组根据患者的具体情况选用生理盐水或0．04％-0．05％甲硝唑等药液冲洗鼻腔，重组人表皮生长因子（yhEGF）治疗组先同上冲洗，再用重组人表皮生长因子溶液局部均匀喷雾，每日2—3次。结果重组人表皮生长因子（yhEGF）治疗组和对照组疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论放疗后继发鼻炎用重组人表皮生长因子对其进行喷雾、冲洗等护理，有利于改善鼻粘膜的不良反应，降低鼻炎的发生率。

Objective To observe and explore the different reactions after radioactive therapy for patients with nose pharynx tumor （such as nasal mucosa）, by using yhEGF and the spray rinsing nursing. Methods The cases were divided into two groups （yhEGF treatment group and the control group）. The control group only used 0.04% -0.05% saline or metronidazole （or other liquid） and then rinsed the nasal cavity according to the patient＇s specific circumstances. The treatment group first rinsed with the same way as above, then sprayed evenly with yhEGF partial solution, 2-3 times a day.Results There was statistical significant difference between the treatment and control groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The spray, and wash care with yhEGF helps to improve and reduce the adverse effects and nasal rhinitis incidence after radiotherapy.
