摘要 介绍一种从含SO_2冶炼烟气中100%回收硫磺的新技术——GGO工艺。冶炼烟气通过吸收-再生法产生φ(SO_2)100%的气体,然后通过利用氢气作为还原剂的热反应器和克劳斯催化反应器生成硫磺。含有H_2S、SO_2、H_2和H_2O的尾气送入尾气反应塔,H_2S与SO_2在水溶液中继续反应;对悬浮液过滤回收硫磺。反应塔排出的主要含有H_2、未反应H_2S和SO_2的气体返回热反应器。本装置无气体排放。 A new technology for recovery of 100% sulphur from off-gas containing S02, GGO process, is described. 100% S02 gas is generated from off-gas by an absorption-regeneration process and then sent to a thermal reactor using hydrogen as reducing agent and Claus catalytic reactors to form sulphur. The tail gas containing H2S, S02, H2 and H20 is sent to a cleaning unit reactor, in which H2S continues to react with SO2 in water solution. Sulphur is recovered from suspension by filtering. Gas getting out of the reactor mostly consists of H2 and unreacted H2 S and SO2 and takes back to the thermal reactor. The plant is free from gas emission.
