摘要
介绍了云天化国际硫磺制酸装置低温热回收项目的实施情况及经验。在4套硫磺制酸装置上设置了低温热回收系统(HRS),目前已有3套投产。HRS系统基本运行良好,产汽率为0.4～0.5t/t。就低温热回收项目的投资决策、技术考虑、CDM项目申报和实施组织方式提出了建议。
Implementation and experience of low-level heat recovery project in Yuntianhui International＇s sul-phur-burning sulphuric acid plants are described. The four sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants were equipped with MECS Heat Recovery Systems （HRS） and three of them have been put into operation. The YIRS operated well on the whole, producing 0. 4- 0. 5 ton steam per ton of sulfuric acid. Some suggestions are put forwarded regarding investment decision, technical consideration,CMD project application and organization form of project implementation for low-level heat recovery plants.
