摘要
本文采用低碘饲料建立的碘缺乏大鼠模型,观察了碘缺乏对发育期雄性大鼠血浆睾酮及精子发生的影响。结果表明:缺碘所致的大鼠甲低没有影响睾丸的体积和血浆睾酮,实验组和对照组均在45日龄出现精子。这提示:缺碘三个月母鼠所生的第一代仔鼠睾丸发育是正常的。
Using low-iodine-fed rats,we have observed the effects of iodine-deficiency on plasma testosterone and sperma to genesis of male rats.Our results indicated that:hypothyroidism caused by iodine-deficiency had noinflnence on the development of gonad and plasma testosterone,and spermahad been found at 45 days of age in both experimental group and controls.Thisdemonstrates that the gonad development of the first generation of iodine-deficiency neonatal rats is normal.
