摘要 电涡流检测技术具有测量精度高、无污染等优点,适用于对金属微裂纹的检测。文章设计了一款电涡流探伤系统,能够进行高速采样和连续显示,当检测到被测物体具有微裂纹时,能够进行声光报警。它是基于ADSP-BF531处理器本身的高速接口,利用高速模数转换器进行采样,并且结合同步动态随机存取存储器(SDRAM)和TFT-LCD将检测结果清晰连续地显示出来。本系统结构简单、采样速度快、体积小,具有广泛的实用价值。 Eddy current detection technology futures high accuracy and pollution-free and is applicable to the detection of metal micro-crack. This paper designs a eddy current detection system. It can sample at high speed and display continuously. When micro-cracks on the metal are detected it will alarm with sound and light. It is based on the high-speed interface of the processor ADSP-BF531, uses high speed ADC to sample data. And it can display the results clearly and continuously with the synchronization dynamic random access memory (SDRAM) and TFT- LCD. The system has simple structure, fast sampling speed, and small volume. So it has a wide practical aPPlication value.
