牙周袋内硫化物对慢性牙周炎疗效的影响 被引量:2

摘要 牙周袋内硫化物是由细菌(尤其是G-菌)在有菌斑基质、软垢、唾液成分等合适的基质条件下的代谢产物,主要包括硫化氢、甲基硫醇及硫化乙烷等[1].研究表明,一些牙周致病菌(如福赛拟杆菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌)可以产生硫化物,因此有学者认为通过了解牙周袋内硫化物水平(sulcular sulphide level,SUL)的情况,就可间接地了解致病菌的代谢情况从而判断牙周炎的活动情况[2-3].金刚探针牙周诊断仪带有硫化物传感器探针,在进行传统的探诊深度、临床附着水平、探诊出血等检查的同时,还能灵敏地探测到牙周袋内浓度达10-6mol/L的挥发性硫化聚合物[4].
